I’ve just joined a kind of online reading group called The Sunday Salon (thanks to DoveGreyReader for the link), click on the link or icon to the right for more info but it sounds fantastic. The idea is quite simply just to read something on Sunday (would anyway) and blog about it. I like the idea (and challenge) of writing about something mid-read, when I read something normally I’m normally thinking about how to summarise it at the end (and normal how I’d adapt it for a screenplay – an annoying habit of mine), writing something off the hoof should be interesting and I can’t wait to read the other members thoughts on what they’re reading.
