Meet the Half-Eatens

I’m still feeling crafty and after an attempt to make a Stanley dog for a Cath Kidston competition a few months ago (didn’t win, got a key ring though), I ended up getting myself a book, Plush-o-Rama: Curious Creatures for Immature Adults

I had a go making the gingerbread men toys, I didn’t quite follow the design, preferring to skip the buttons as eyes, I also extended the family by having a gingerbread lady, gingerbread boy and a gingerbread girl and they’ve all got a bite taken out of them, poor things. They turned out to be fairly easy to make, although I was not impressed with my embroidery, the instructions in the book said to embroider the design on after sewing up the dolls but that made it harder to remain neat, next time I’ll do the embroidery before the assembling (and there will be a next time, I plan on making ‘Loud Pants Pup’ from the same book).
