Didn’t think I’d be back home quite so quickly

I’d been preparing for a large book sale event for weeks, increased my stock (my bedroom really does look like Del Boy’s now) and had spent ages on spread sheets etc. And then it rained and rained and rained and it didn’t stop raining. We turned up to the site this morning and we were in a tent with open sides, we just couldn’t risk our stock . So we went home again.

So I’m still trying to do my bit (as it’s for a good cause) and donating money from any sales (not that I normally get any lol) on my book selling website if an event code is used. I just hope my next two events do better than this!

I’m at a loss now and don’t know what to do with my day!
