Crustless Pizza

Nigella wins again, yet another dish that . . . everyone . . . in  . . . my . . . family . . . likes (to make that statement with an ASD child who is picky, to put it mildly, is amazing). To be honest I was a bit dubious about this as I served this up, true it smelt delicious (and I think that helped win over the family, as all three of them came into the kitchen to see, with great anticipation, what was cooking) but it so wasn’t really pizza. In reality it’s a sort of giant floppy cheesy Yorkshire pudding, which despite greasing the pan it stuck to it and was consequently served up in an unattractive, limp, pale heap which I thought would put the kids right off. However both kids (and husband) tucked right in, thank you Nigella! That’s two out of two family popular recipes out of her new book Kitchen so far.
