Chicken roasted with thyme and then 40 minutes before the end of cooking, placed on a bed of rice, stock, spices and peppers before completing cooking. Absolutely delicious and worth the price of the Levi Roots app alone. I will so be making this again, my roast chicken is never normally that good but this was moist, tender and yummy. Brilliant.
