I was going to make my dad something for Christmas, he lives in a lovely house which if I lived there would have embroidered samplers on the wall and at least one quilt as wall hanging but obviously different tastes and all that, so instead of the garden themed sampler I had planned, I’m giving my dad a gift voucher for a Rocket Garden’s herb garden, as he likes gardening and ahem, some herbs would improve his cooking. But I don’t like giving just a voucher, so I made a quick cross stitch card to go with it.
