Failsafe Spag Bol

Another recipe from Hungry? and another bolognese recipe that used milk, which I am increasingly not convinced about, I think it detracts from the savouriness and gives it a slightly creamy taste that is just not right in bolognese I think. Anyway, the recipe itself was ok, although the cooking time was perhaps a bit too long, but it doesn’t beat my favourite Tana Ramsay recipe, I don’t know why I don’t just stick to that one! Anyway, everyone liked it, especially Boy Lacer, which is always a bonus!

(Oh and I used some of the onions from my allotment, which smelt lovely when cooking!)
