Recipe from BBC Good Food Magazine here (ok strictly speaking it’s pear and toffee muffins, but everyone in the comments were using rolos to 😉 ). I used a Christmas tube of little mini Rolos in this, it’s probably spread them out a little more evenly than if I used normal sized Rolos but ooh I can just imagine biting into a normal size melted Rolo . . . Anyway, melted Rolos taste surprisingly grown up chocolate-y. Very nice.
