This was the Vietnamese rice noodle salad from the Thug Kitchen book and it was delicious, with a sesame oil and garlic dressing. I’ve noticed the trend recently for ‘bowls’, I need to do more of these, as there’s something uniquely comforting about food in a bowl.
More Thug Kitchen noodles, this one was grilled aubergine with soba noodles and another dressing with garlic and sesame oil, I’m going to be safe from vampires and have good skin. This was again delicious. The grilled aubergine, which had been marinated in the aforementioned garlic and sesame oil (and some other stuff), was particularly nice.
