Afterparty

AfterpartyAfterparty by Daryl Gregory
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

It took me a long time to get into this book and to be honest I only really enjoyed the last few chapters. It’s an interesting concept for a story, set in the near future, where drugs can be printed on chemjet printers and a small indie drug company has made a drug that makes you literally see God and if you take too much, that God is with you always. Unfortunately it also makes you pretty screwed up, so they’re desperate to keep the drug out of circulation but they discover that someone else out there is making it.
